great dentist and office staff!! I felt very comfortable at this dental office!! all the staff members were very kind and courteous towards me!

The office staff, dental hygienist and doctor are very personable and friendly. Although, I must say, in all the years of seeing a dentist (several of them in several states) I've never had any instances where I was told I needed any form of braces since my teeth are no where near the condition of having to justify spending a few thousand dollars on braces (Invisaline) Furthermore, my spouse was recommended braces as well and her teeth are not the least bit crooked, top or bottom. It is disheartening to feel that every time I go in, there will continuously be an attempt to "up-sell' me on something that I've expressed no interest in already. Other than that, the service is first class. (this is the reason I give 4 stars instead of 5.)

I've found everyone in the office to be very kind and understanding with my health and comfort always their utmost priority. Dr. V is very warm and friendly and her practice is state of the art. She is aware of my fears and seems to always keep them in mind. Overall, I've been very impressed and have chosen Divine Dental even though it is not covered by my insurance!

The staff members I interacted with were all very nice and polite and I felt confident that they knew what they were doing. I am old so the sing-songy voice tones (like talking to a child) can get annoying. I have always been an active participant in my dental care so I wish they had asked me how much I understood before assuming I knew nothing. The chair that I sat in was extremely uncomfortable and when given a neck pillow, all I could think about was the overwhelming scent (I have asthma) and wonder if it was sterilized after the previous person used it. Still, I have confidence in all their capabilities and will be returning for my follow up visits, a crown and a prophy - and hope that the treatment chairs are a bit more comfortable than the initial examination chair. After an hour appt, I left with a neck ache that lasted into the night.
