I have yet to schedule my first appointment with Divine Dental, but I most assuredly will be doing so! I recently stopped by to ask some questions and get some information on an invisalign procedure I'm looking into. The young lady in front office, Tiffany, explained that the doctor was performing a procedure at that moment, but could she try to answer any questions I have for her. So, I peppered this friendly, polite, and patient young lady with a litany of questions, to which she answered in rapid fire. With knowledge of exactly what I was looking to accomplish, as well as timelines, and helpful guidance to move on to the next phase of the process, which is speaking directly with the dentist. I was so blown away with the customer service I received, and how comfortable and welcomed I felt in the office! I will definitely be calling back to schedule a consult, because if the service and quality of care is anything close to the service and information I received from Tiffany, then I'm sure I will become a life long client! Tiffany is obviously a major asset to this business, and exactly the kind of employee I would look for, and hire, in my own company. Looking forward to speaking further with the Devine Dental team about my plans for an invisalign procedure!
