This is my second cleaning at Divine since I switched from another local dentist. I switched because the dentist was not personable and all they wanted was money. Dr. V and her support staff are fantastic. They are patient, kind and clearly explain everything. However, the communication of their scheduling policies is poor. When I called to set up an initial visit, I was clear that I had strict scheduling limitations and am only able to schedule appointments within a short window on Tuesdays and occasionally Thursday. Not a problem, and my initial visit was scheduled for 9:15 on a Thursday. It was never communicated to me that on the initial visit they take dental x-rays, you are evaluated by Dr. V but a dental cleaning is NOT done the same day. Inconvenient but fine, no big deal. When I went to schedule the dental cleaning, I was then told that they only schedule dental cleanings on the hour. This will never work for me. So now, I have to establish care again somewhere else. If your office has strict scheduling policies (ie you only schedule on the hour) simply relay that to the potential client to avoid wasting a client’s time.

Had an appointment for my regular checkup and followup on an installed crown. The dental office is always please and very minimal wait time. Lots of smiling and friendly faces and workers there. The dental hygienist are great and Dr V is always available for any questions.

Excellent dental appointment. Message chair to relax you while your teeth are cleaned and a tv above you like you are a kid again. Exceptional and clean and all the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

She has helped me through my anxiety about dental procedures. It is awesome to have a back massager on while I'm in the chair getting dental work. It really helps with my anxiety!!
