Very disappointing dental work at Divine Dentalcare. Fortunately, we are regular patients of Dr. V and normally the quality of care is wonderful. Had I been a new patient, I would never return. The work done was a routine onlay (similar to a crown). The assistant spent entirely too much time trying to use the photo wand inside my mouth and eventually had to ask for help and take an impression instead. She said the computer broke down once. Then there was trouble with the newly created tooth and they had to make another one. The dentist hardened the cement between my teeth and worked for a long time to try to remove it. I could see the remains in the final X-ray. I was there for 4 hours and had to use an ice pack and tylenol all evening to relieve the pain from the pressure on my tooth and jaw area. I still have a problem flossing. The apologies were never ending but what really counts is professional work and today it just wasn't there.
