The staff members I interacted with were all very nice and polite and I felt confident that they knew what they were doing. I am old so the sing-songy voice tones (like talking to a child) can get annoying. I have always been an active participant in my dental care so I wish they had asked me how much I understood before assuming I knew nothing. The chair that I sat in was extremely uncomfortable and when given a neck pillow, all I could think about was the overwhelming scent (I have asthma) and wonder if it was sterilized after the previous person used it. Still, I have confidence in all their capabilities and will be returning for my follow up visits, a crown and a prophy - and hope that the treatment chairs are a bit more comfortable than the initial examination chair. After an hour appt, I left with a neck ache that lasted into the night.
