The staff from front end McKenzie to back end were welcoming, friendly, professional and courteous. Including Dr. V. whose expertise and knowledge of her professional career is proven in the way she cares for her patients. This is just not a dental office. It feels like home. Except for a small wait during filling, the overall waiting times from check-in to call backs are small comparatively. The services such as Netflix, chair massage, facial packets, hand paraffin's, beverages, etc. that are offered to comfort the patient during uncomfortable situations during dental appointments offsets the small waiting times in between, possible discomfort in mouth and possible post pain. Can not thank McKenzie, Mindi, Aleshia, Brielle and Dr. V. enough (please forgive me in advance for any misspelled names) for the kind and caring service provided. I have two referrals that I will be delighted to refer. One will be my adult daughter and the other will be my HS'er whom I will transfer over to Dental Divine. In comparison to past dental experiences with other groups/offices, I would highly recommend Dental Divine. They take the time to personalize you.
